Price Match Guarantee
We at AmiesFashion.com will not be undersold. Our price match guarantee ensures you receive the product at the lowest cost. Both items must be identical, including brand and color. The item must not be defective and we do not honor this policy on clearance items. For us to honor the price match, just provide us with proof of the discounted item. If we cannot confirm the product being sold is identical or have any doubts about the product or retailer, we hold the right to refuse the price match at our discretion.
No Problem. We want you to love your order. However, if for some reason you don’t – we’ll be happy to send you a new color, size, style or just simply issue you a refund. You have up to 7 days to return any purchased items from AmiesFashion.com and the item must be in its original unworn condition. (Policy not applicable to in-store purchases)
Our return & exchange process is simple. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following:

- Order Number
- Reason for your return or exchange

Please do not ship the product back without getting an RMA number. Any shipments without an RMA number are automatically rejected and returned to sender at senders’ expense.
Returned shipments will only be accepted through United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipments via Private couriers will not be accepted. For all other countries, please contact us for instructions.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be accepted and will be shipped back to sender. Reshipping for such items will be billed to the sender.
We offer free standard shipping worldwide. If you need the outfit sooner, we offer an express shipping option during checkout. Shipping times can vary and range from 3 to 10 business days.
Customers will be responsible for all and any customs and duty charges for international shipments on purchases and returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending your item back. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your sent item.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items may be exchanged for another size and clearance items are considered final-sale. Customer must pay for return shipping.
Despite our continuing efforts in adjusting the website merchandise with our stock, there will occasionally be some items that appear on the website that are out of stock. If this occurs, a member of our team will contact you via email. You will then have the option to get a refund or select another item from our inventory. The merchandise available at www.amiesfashion.com is subject to change without notice.
Clearance items are any items discounted at 30% or more.
Store credits are valid for up to 1 year from issue date.
